How to Request a Return Due to Regret:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase or have changed your mind, you may request a return within 7 days from the date the product was delivered.

Please send an email to contact@fujiyamafashion.com including the following information:

  • Full name

  • Order number

A refund will be processed within 30 days after we receive the returned item.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
No additional fees will be charged for the refund.

How to Request a Return for Defective Products:

In accordance with Brazilian law, you are entitled to request a return for products with manufacturing defects within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Please send an email to contact@fujiyamafashion.com including:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Description of the defect (with photos or videos attached)

Once we receive the returned product, the case will be reviewed within 30 days.
The refund will be processed using the same payment method used at the time of purchase, with no additional cost.

How to Return a Product:

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Law, the shipping costs for returns due to regret or product defects will be covered by our store through a reverse logistics process.

After your return request is approved, we will send you a shipping authorization code by email.
You can then ship the product from a designated post office.

Note: Packaging costs are not covered. Whenever possible, please reuse the original packaging or use a suitable box that protects the product during transport.

Important: The item must be in like-new condition and returned in its original packaging.
